On Saturday 19th March, as part of British Science Week, Berwick Museum will be hosting a free event called “Light on the Rocks”, a day of family activities suitable for children over 7. It will be attended by Dr Tom Challands of Edinburgh University, who will be bringing his fossil preparation kit with him – a big hit last year. A volunteer conference on the Peregrini Lindisfarne Landscape Partnership is being held on Saturday 12 March 2016, in two sessions: 10.00am – 12 noon, or 1.00 – 3.00pm. A tour of Spittal Point is being organised on the afternoon of Saturday 12 March 2016 by Sander Van Raemdonck, currently Artist In Residence in Berwick.
